 g of Jewish Cadets.  Participants from the full joint community come toget
 her at the Shul (an Orthodox Synagogue) for faith\, fellowship\, and train
 ing focused on providing support to our Soldiers and Jewish communities wh
 erever deployed/stationed.  Senior leaders present on concepts associated 
 with leadership and Judaism.  During the weekend\, the group will attend a
  variety of services\, group meals\, participation in religious traditions
  (e.g.\, putting on tefillin)\, and have opportunities to talk with guest 
 speakers and religious leaders from across the military joint community an
 d Israeli Defense Force.  This training course strengthens the connection 
 across the joint community and demonstrates the vibrancy of the West Point
  Jewish community.
